Not Your Regular Meat Loaf
3 pounds 92% ground beef
1 package Stovetop garlic or savory herb stuffing, dry
1 can Healthy Choice Cream of Tomato Soup
1 can water
2 each egg
10 each saltine crackers, crushed
½ cup bacon bits
Preheat oven to 375°
Mix the ground beef with the stuffing mix, soup, water, and eggs. Pat into two loaf pans. Sprinkle the crushed saltines and bacon bits over the loaves.
Bake for one hour.
Serve with catsup or steak sauce.
If you don’t have two loaf pans, you can put your one loaf pan in the middle of a 13ʺ x 9ʺ x 2ʺ pan and put one meat loaf shaped by hand on either side of the empty loaf pan that is in the middle!
I like to use real bacon (Oscar Meyer’s low sodium, cooked) instead of bacon bits.
