Serves: 50
Ingredients:
1 quart ketchup
1 quart molasses
1 each large onion, diced
1 tablespoon mustard sauce
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 each orange, juiced
1 dash black pepper
3 tablespoons orange peel, diced
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons butter
⅛ cup vegetable oil
7 whole cloves
2 drops Tabasco sauce
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil for 3 – 4 minutes.
Notes:
The sauce is best if you make it a few days in advance to using. This keeps very well in the refrigerator for many months and is great on pork, chicken, burgers, polish sausage, and anything else you would like to try.

I used to have pot-luck block parties when I was in my 30’s, and one of the guests brought this sauce. It was a big hit with everyone who tried it.
You need to plan ahead to have large empty clean jars to store this in!
