Shepherd’s Pie

Serves: 4

Ingredients:
1 each beef bouillon cube
½ cup water, hot
½ package onion soup mix
1 pound ground beef, browned and drained
1 can corn, drained
4 servings Instant mashed potatoes, prepared as directed
1 tablespoon butter, sliced thin

Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350°

Melt bouillon cube in the hot water.

Mix ground beef and soup mix with the bouillon broth, place bottom of large casserole dish.

Pour corn over burger, spoon mashed potatoes over corn. Dot with butter.

Bake for 30 minutes.
