Gone All Afternoon Stew

Serves: 6
Ingredients:
2 pounds stew meat, cut into 1-2 inch cubes
3 each carrot, sliced
2 each onion, sliced
3 each potato, sliced
1 can Healthy Recipe Cream of Tomato Soup
½ can water
1 teaspoon salt
1 dash pepper
1 each bay leaf
½ cup pickle juice
1 cup peas, frozen
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 275°
Dump everything in a large casserole dish, stir, cover, and bake for 5 hours.
Notes:
To save prep time, use canned or frozen veggies.
This adapts well to a crock pot. Cook on Low for 6 hours.
