Orange Marmalade Sauce for Roast Duckling

Yields: 12 ounces – enough for one duck

Ingredients:
10 ounces orange marmalade
1 ounce chicken stock
1 ounce cooking sherry
1 dash seasoned salt

Preparation:
Mix all ingredients. Thin with more chicken stock or sherry, if desired. Warm just before serving over duck.
