Yields: 12 ounces – enough for one duck Ingredients: 10 ounces apricot preserves 1 ounce chicken stock 1 ounce apricot brandy 1 dash seasoned salt ΒΌ ounce brandy, optional Preparation: Mix all ingredients. Thin with more stock or brandy if desired. Warm just before serving over duck. Notes:
