Spinach And Strawberry Salad
Serves: 10
Ingredients:
10 ounces fresh spinach, rinsed and drained
1 cup celery, sliced
1 pint strawberries, sliced
1 cup pecans
Preparation:
Put spinach, celery, strawberries and pecans in large salad bowl. Mix with dressing mixture and chill.
Dressing:
¼ cup sugar
1 cup salad oil
⅓ cup red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
2 tablespoons poppy seeds
1 dash salt
In electric blender, blend sugar, oil, vinegar, mustard, poppy seeds and salt.

I seem to remember red onion slices in this recipe, and maybe some walnuts, but they aren’t on my recipe card!
