Serves: 4

Ingredients:
2 pounds chuck roast
2 tablespoons A-1® Steak Sauce
½ envelope onion soup mix
1 can Healthy Recipe Cream of Mushroom Soup

Preparation:
Preheat oven to 300°

Line roasting pan with enough aluminum foil that it will fill the pan and be able to fold foil over top of roast and be able to seal the roast completely. Rub roast with A-1 sauce, put roast in foil-lined pan. Sprinkle top of roast with onion soup mix, pour soup over top. Seal tightly with the foil.

Cook for 2 hours.

Remove roast and slice thinly to serve. Stir the juices left in the pan to remove lumps and make a delicious gravy.

Notes:
You can use a 3 pound roast, but then you have to cook it for 3 hours.
