Poor Man’s Stroganoff
1 pound 92% ground beef
2 cans cream of mushroom soup, condensed
¾ cup fat free sour cream
1 package noodles, cooked as directed
While noodles are cooking, brown hamburger, drain the grease. Mix in the soup and sour cream. Mix it well. Warm this mixture thoroughly over low heat.
Pour over noodles.
: I usually ʺeyeballʺ the amount of sour cream, and sometimes the family says I used too much sour cream, so you might want to cut it back to ½ cup.
