Escalloped Pineapple

Serves: 6-8

Ingredients:
3 each large eggs, well beaten
1½ cups granulated sugar
3 cups of 1″ fresh bread cubes
1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple, undrained
6 Tablespoons butter, cut into 1″ squares

Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350°

In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and stir well.

Pour mixture into a greased 10″ x 8″ x 2″ glass baking dish.

Bake for 1 hour.
