Microwave Saucy Chicken
2 cups pasta sauce, sweet & sour sauce, etc
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
Use your favorite sauce, such as spaghetti sauce, or sweet and sour sauce.
Rinse and drain chicken. Cut chicken into serving size pieces.
Pour sauce into a 2 qt. microwave safe casserole dish that has a cover with it (such as a Corning Ware casserole dish.)
Cover and cook on High for 4 minutes. Add chicken, stir, and cover. Cook on High 12 minutes, stirring every 4 minutes.
