Easy Mug Cake
Serves: 1
Ingredients:
1 box Angel Food cake mix
1 box any other flavor regular cake mix
2 tablespoons water
Preparation:
Mix the two cake mixes together in a large Ziploc bag.
Place 3 Tablespoons of the combined cake mix into a coffee mug, add the 2 Tablespoons of water and stir to mix.
Microwave on High for 1 minute. Allow to cool and serve with topping of your choice.
Notes:
This is so easy that even kids who understand kitchen basics and can safely operate a microwave can make these mug cakes!
Store the remaining cake mix tightly closed in the Ziploc bag, in a cool dark place. Use anytime for a quick treat or single serving desert.
