Slow Cooked BBQ Kielbasa

Ingredients:
2 pounds reduced fat kielbasa or polish sausage, sliced into ½ʺ thick medallions
1 jar barbecue sauce
1 14 oz. can jellied cranberry sauce
Preparation:
Fill large pot with water and boil kielbasa for 10 minutes, drain to remove most of the fat.
Put cranberry sauce in crock pot (or the large pot you will be cooking it in.) With potato masher, mash cranberry sauce thoroughly. Add barbeque sauce and stir well. Add kielbasa.
Cook in crock pot on low for 4 – 5 hours, or cook in oven at 250° for 3 hours.
Notes:
This is delicious served on top of a baked potato, or mashed potatoes (as shown in photo) and served with a side of corn.
