Buttery Garlic Green Beans

Serves:

Ingredients:
2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 Tablespoons butter
2 Tablespoons minced garlic
1 pound fresh whole green beans, washed and stems removed
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:
In a large, deep skillet, heat the oil and butter over medium heat until the butter has melted. Add the minced garlic and stir. Add the green beans and cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally to distribute the garlic and avoid scorching.

Serve warm.
